Returns & Damage Policy

3D printed items travel in protective packaging, but if something arrives broken, snap a photo of the item and packaging and email info@busyhands3d.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint or replace it — you won't be left with a broken pal.

Unopened, unused standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Custom bag tags, personalized ducks, and made-to-order pieces are created just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. If we got a name or color wrong, that's on us — we'll fix it free.

Email info@busyhands3d.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
