All items are 3D printed to order. By placing an order you agree that colors and minor surface details may vary slightly from photos — that's the nature of 3D printing.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. Orders are confirmed by email.

Custom and personalized items are made based on the details you provide. Please double-check names, team colors, and dates before ordering — we'll print exactly what you send.

Bulk and team orders may have longer lead times; we'll confirm timing before you pay.

Desk Pals and 3D printed items are decorative collectibles, not toys for children under 3. Small parts may pose a choking hazard.
